As the national Shipping Company, it is a source of great pride to work at ZIM, especially given the current situation in Israel. this management has led us to amazing achievements and has also made great strides caring for the employee and recognizing their part in the success. Working at a large company provides many opportunities to experience different roles in different functions. The company's care for the employee's wellbeing is by far the best at any company in the country. Both in Covid and the war situation, ZIM has ensured the employees are safe and taken care of above anything else.
Cons
the percentage of women in managerial positions is still not 50%. we should not be proud of any number less than this. managerial positions in general are filled by already existing managers from different departments. not a lot of options to climb the corporate ladder.
