- Blame culture: from the top, there are weekly meetings where we basically hear the director getting angry at the managers. Then, the managers pass on their stress to their employees, without looking at facts. Managers will blame you for working too much as much as not finishing your job, which gets very confusing.
Organization on who does what is very confused, which allows managers to blame whoever they want for things that they could have done themselves.
