      Pros

      Company offers good benefits along with some paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

      Cons

      Uncertain as to the growth of the company. Departments need to work more as a team. Uncertainty if raises will be given and to whom may achieve them - and none have been given for the last couple of years. Hear many employees complain about this and some change jobs within the company just to obtain a raise, or leave.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
