Pros
Great for getting the name of the company on the resume honestly. They used to have access to plenty of systems but since 2019 you get practically no time on a new system. Unless you are at the deep end in front of a customer either training or troubleshooting- at which point you are already in so much trouble with the customer.
Cons
Just don’t bother coming here. The threat of being fired looms heavy all the time. If that doesn’t do it, the workload and managers will drive you to suicidal tendencies. There was a change in management but they are even more revenue focused (not a bad thing) but at the expense of customer experience. It is difficult being a customer advocate in good conscience.
