Pros
Great for those looking to get their first tech job experience. Learned a lot about Youtube Content ID and copyright issues.
Cons
I received virtually zero recognition after 5.5 years. VERY high turnover rate. The alley cat that would hang out by the office got more recognition than I ever did. Never gives folks a chance to move up or prove themselves; they kept me at the same level my entire tenure. Co-CEOs treat all-hands company meetings like a middle-school assembly, one of which acts like a kid and types like a 10 year-old in emails. One exclamation point after a sentence will suffice and the first word of every sentence should be capitalized, just saying. Success is no excuse for poor grammar in a work email.
Pay was also an absolute joke and my only pay bump was due to a new California law. Same with benefits, only because it was required, not because they wanted to take care of the staff to which they eventually did mass layoffs. The whole company is for them, not the employees who do all the work. Most former employees have nothing positive to say about them or the company.
