Outstanding Company - Anonymous employee ZAIS Group Employee Review

I have been with ZAIS for many years and have to say it is a terrific environment. There is great access to management. Education and training programs. It is pretty much a flat hierarchy, which really helps everyone to work across the organization together. Christian Zugel and Dan Curry are true leaders, who think out of the box and encourage us to do likewise. Most of the employees have been with ZAIS for a long time and are specialists in their fields. People help people, which is not always the case. ZAIS gets an A+.
