Pros
Sell vegetable or fruits on road side is better than work for this company, Management play a game called hire and fire.
Cons
I had lot of worst experience & it takes 1 full day to explain- in word do not join this company I must say when I was serving notice period a Manager tortured me, he was under control of management. Funny thing is that employees should call him sir otherwise he will get angry and torture them & one more funny thing is that I have resigned & that Manger was fired by Management. This company really had a very good manager for import and Export when company started in India but Some management people did not like him just he is very talented person compare everyone..,,
