Loved working in store, store manager was a phenomenal trainer and expert. Always made employees feel valued and appreciated
Cons
"higher ups" did not care about feedback from in-store employees. Head office employees were unkind and unpleasant. Company put my safety at risk on a company trip to New York. Amazing company values, but not everyone lived up to them. After I reported to HR all the issues I experienced on the trip, I got little to no support. I ended up quitting and weeks later all the store locations in Ontario closed down.
