Abusive CEO, zero regard for the wellbeing of staff. Narcissistic and toxic behaviour. Underpays and quick to find reasons to do so. The absolute worst place I’ve ever worked. Constant bullying in an open office in front of other staff. Unreasonable working hours. Expected to work for free outside of regular working hours. You can never do anything right. Constantly humiliated in front of others including visitors. Poor communication. Definitely racist. Grossly high staff turnover.
