      Skilled and energetic team all pushing in the same direction, great product-market fit, caring managers and leadership. If you want to learn and progress in your career quickly, there's no shortage of opportunities.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and few established procedures mean lots of ambiguity. Confidence, competence, and an entrepreneurial spirit are non-negotiable, this isn't a company where anyone can coast on the work of others.
