Pros
I have been working with Yugasa for the couples of years but I didn't get better appreciation and career growth. Good for freshers CEO has a very helping nature but he has to appreciate others
Cons
HR is not capable to take any decisions independently Please don't play with policy and make a transparency with employees like Leave, PF, Salary timing, and others. Umang you should have to work on office proprieties. Don't behave like faeces. Hire experienced and knowledgeable resources Work location is very good but you have to work on policies as well. Your policy is very inadequate.
