      Pros

      There are good people at Yugabyte who have been fooled into believing in this company and it's leadership.

      Cons

      If you are considering working at this company, don't. Run the other way fast as you can. Never have I seen such a dangerous combination of arrogance, incompetence and cowardice as I've seen from Yugabyte's leadership. The longest story, short...the company is a dumpster fire. Run away fast, unless you're a C-player and can't find work anywhere else.

      Pros

      Extremely smart people across the board. Work life balance is excellent, good culture. Highly technical, so tons of projects to choose from and gain experience on.

      Cons

      Tough market to enter and survive in but the rewards if successful are huge.

      - Remote work - Good DB teams - WLB

      Cons

      - Low pay and increments - Lack of transparency in engineering, visibility only for the selected, favored ones - Teams outside of the core DB are not important
