Nice Co-Workers, quality products for Coffee such as milk and beans.
Cons
Lack of training from senior staff on client management or complex mental health issues and disabilities. Multiple apps to monitor a corporate network instead of one consolidation of the systems. Lack of communication between the portfolios to build capacity and potential for staff into roles suited to their education levels and passions in youth and community work away from the Cafe despite hiring people with these skills in social services at a junior level and not at a senior level so top down management felt backwards. Not peer led for mental health clients. Failed to provide paid domestic violence leave despite promoting that they do.
