The potential to make an impact is huge, the young people are inspiring and can be engaged, the model of operation also has huge potential if articulated and carried out properly. My colleagues were also a good bunch, with a genuine desire to make a difference.

The organisation was a complete shambles. The CEO was incredibly stubborn about taking the time and investing in change despite recognising the need for change. There was a distinct feeling of 'just get it done now' leaving a real lack of quality in almost all aspects of the work. The worst part was that this did the young people we worked with a disservice, they deserved a lot better. At some points I felt they were treated as cash cows. This resulted in a potentially dangerous environment both for the young people and their supervisors.
