5yHi. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on Glassdoor. I am sorry you left our company, and I am sorry that you left not feeling good about our company. I have to respectfully disagree with you on your statements towards our leadership teams in the AZ market. I do believe that they have faith in our club leaders in running their clubs - but this has to be completed successfully - as you stated. Although we have closed some clubs in the AZ market, we are not going out of business. Lastly, I will say that the growth potential for our team has been slowed due to the pandemic, we still have opportunities, and we strive to promote our team members into career developing positions.
