The Boss of YouTrip has a lot of good luck in hiring talented people but all of them got terminated (due to favouritism) or left. The CEO is the Best Actress. Always make touching speech with tears or announcing the company has good financial health that NO plan to cut any employees. If you have slavery tool-man character, welcome to join YouTrip. Once you are no favour from the management team, you will be treated as garbage.
Cons
Terrible managements. The CEO made touching speech about expanding in Singapore and the YouTrip vision, then shut down the Hong Kong office and 85% of the employees in Hong Kong were fired after few days. Employees were informed to pack all the stuffs in the office in few hours and no longer able to access the office. The remaining ones need to handover the works to the new joiners in Singapore within few weeks. A start up company has NO performance bonus nor any employee stock options, no matter how many funding had raised or how good financial health of YouTrip is. Nano Management, keep changing the requirements. Requirement Sign-off listed as Plan A, next week changed to Plan B, then back to Plan A after the development starts. Do not respect any employee. 99% of the 4/5 star reviews were told to put 5 stars reviews here.
