      Pros

      No overtime. Great working environment. If you're working in their base in Shanghai, they just moved and their office is brand new.

      Cons

      They're expecting a long contract term with interns so if you're not expecting to work there for too long (i.e. if you're a student and only has the length of a holiday to work there) consider other companies.

      Great company culture in a fun industry.

      Cons

      The offices are located overseas, so you will have to live abroad. Not really a con, but something to consider.
