Good benefits overshadowed by horrendous micromanagement - Customer Recovery Agent Yorkshire Water Employee Review

The micro managing is horrendous. Leaders and managers judge you and don’t do anything. Honestly no wonder high turnover and high sickness. Also progression quite difficult maybe in customer department others might be better. And also HE don’t allow you to move within unless you work for 2 years in that role even if it mentally bad for you. If not working in YW is not bad other departments are better.
