      Incredibly kind people with a great purpose. Remote/flexible work is welcome and each employee feels valued. Great benefits.

      Pros

      Great team, great CEO, all around great company culture. Constantly fun and exciting new projects, interns get a ton of responsibility. The company mission is so rewarding and inspiring.

      Cons

      They rely on unpaid interns, but that's just a condition of working for a new startup, I think.
