Possibly one of the worst HR and upper management teams I have seen in the industry.
There is absolutely no transparency when it comes to salaries, and the company rewards politics and bootlicking when it comes to career growth. Rarely is someone rewarded for their knowledge and actual contribution to the business. Several people on the same job position will earn wildly different wages, not based on merit but a courtesy of friends in high places.
If you are a honest person who does your best, expect your salary to be fairly mediocre. If you're highly skilled, get ready to be in a professional rut for the rest of your YOLO career.
Overall, I could NOT recommend this company. You will be more rewarded, better compensated and recognised by your hard work and contributions literally anywhere else.
