Because of this, we would encourage you to address your concerns to your manager or our People team and we can help overcome them as well as have the opportunity to share more information with you. Some points you have outlined here are not accurate; specifically in regards to salary review and employee growth. For example we do have a salary review process in place and we do support our employees growth and development via different activities and a personal development budget.
