Pros
Good people, good team, no unnecessary OT. Have good package in leaves, insurance and many other employee benefits like time-off and covid19 help. Good for people that want work life balance and slow pace.
Cons
Salary freeze since 2019 review and due to big company there's a limited % cap for promotion and increment. Work stagnant and 0 growth basically. Not very fair as some people take up multiple task now and some don't even have work to do still taking free salary.
