Pros
Good team players all are nice to work with. Most know their jobs very well. Management gets it about recruiter needs to find good candidates but the sales side don't get much help in finding new business or prompting the company. Calling and emails are the marketing tools; they need email tracking software like DataFox or maybe something like Outreach.
Cons
recruiters pay is too low and the cost for medical as a full time employee is expensive. A family plan can cost close to 900/month. That eats up a recruiters base pay.
