No work life balance Only preferred people get the runs they want - new employees are last to choose and therefore get bad runs Mostly adhoc so don’t know what time you’re starting and finishing until the night before Management unreasonable and unwilling to work with employees When tried to resolve hours issue, was told ‘maybe this isn’t the place for you’ Management unapproachable Partner can’t get a job because I don’t have secure working hours Poor organisation
