Yiftee is full of people who care about each other and care about the world. The team is great to work with and leadership is always evolving and innovating to improve both the user and employee experience. Uniquely flexible work schedule is the best!

Pros

You get constantly appreciated by your manager and co-workers for the work, effort, and results you put. Very caring team: caring about customers, partners, employees and their families; and it comes from the top, CEO and leadership team. There is no BS, no politics - everything is open for a discussion w/o second though. Super close relationship between development, QA an customer service: you are never alone: customer and customer service are the highest priority, engineering is ALWAYS, 24*7, ready to help. This team is the most hardworking and dedicated group one can find. By far, one of the best companies I ever worked at.

Cons

The commute from South Bay to Menlo Park is not fun, but it still a worthy price to pay for being part of this cool company.
