Pros
If you are a laboratory technologist, you get the whole laboratory to yourself when the boss is off flirting with the prettiest lady in the department ;) He has left the company and I heard the new boss is someone with a brain.
Cons
The ex-boss of a certain department is biased and conveniently treats the aforementioned pretty lady as his "daughter" (read DILF) and gives her preferential treatment (read 'whatever she wants'). If you are pretty, young and sexy, you'd be having the best time of your life here because guess what, they have 'unlimited annual leave' for you! Honestly, if you're looking for career progression, meritocracy and things like that, you're better off somewhere.
