You are just a number, you aren’t important unless you are a crew leader, they promise bonuses, and certain benefits but you wont get them, in fact they will lie about your performance/attendance to prevent you from getting it, if you just need a temporary job go for it, if you have a family and want to climb in a career this place isn’t for you.
