Pros
Fun atmosphere when things are good. Decent salary starting out. Company vehicle with personal use ok. Company Gas card. Good insurance. Fun coworkers.
Cons
Lack of resources and training to employees who are starting without experience. Branch manager is unprofessional and unreliable. Takes a week to get a p.o. Cut for materials. (Mainly due to branch manager slow to approve) Company only cares about the bottom line and not about the clients which shows in low retention rates. They skip visits and cut corners anywhere they can to save on labor and then you get the blame when customers cancel. They overload you with work. Book of business is so large and your responsibility is so much that they set you up to fail. They stress safety and rules but most of the employees and even management don't enforce rules.
