Need more team bonding activities and trainings

Flexible working times provides the best work life balance for me. Management is very supportive provides lot of freedom for the employees and also provides plenty of opportunities to work on niche technologies. In two years company headcount has been increased from 3 to 25 people now with lot of exciting projects.

Only downside is, there is no team outing stuffs and all for the past two years. Due to pandemic!
