      Pros

      Flexible working times provides the best work life balance for me. Management is very supportive provides lot of freedom for the employees and also provides plenty of opportunities to work on niche technologies. In two years company headcount has been increased from 3 to 25 people now with lot of exciting projects.

      Cons

      Only downside is, there is no team outing stuffs and all for the past two years. Due to pandemic!

      Yectra is a small company with lot of potential to grow into a bigger one. Great opportunity to learn and work in latest technologies. People in management are so friendly, understandable and helpful. Good work life balance
