Planning team sucks - Planner Yazaki Employee Review

I left about 2 years ago but my friend is still working there and he told me things haven’t changed much. The manager is workaholic and expects everyone to be as obsessed as she is with the job. The salary is not that good but the work load is way too much. They expect you to be available 24/7 and it’s hard to get over time without them calling you all the time.
