Pros
- really, there are none
Cons
1. very small salary, i have worked there for 10 years and my salary increased only by 15% 2. the managers/ team leads are untrained 3. everybody works in three shifts; every week, you change your shift from day / night / morning 4. no time off whatsoever, even if we had 21 days off/year as per our contract, they never approved time off. Not even medical time off, you needed to be bedridden to take time off 5. HR exists, but doesn't do its job 6. all managers yell at the workers constantly, and use cuss words 7. you are not allowed to: have personal objects with you, chew gum, drink water (we would work for 3 hours, and then have a 10 minute break) 8. the lockerroom was very unsafe. the lockers did not lock, i was robbed of: shoes x1, jacket x2, bag with belongings inside x1 9. if you are feeling sick during the workday, they will not let you take a sick day 10. Even though i needed the salary, Yazaki being the only employer in my town, i left after 10 years because they started sending workers to work for an indefinite amount of time (2 weeks, one month, even 6 months) in different locations (cities) where other factories existed. The decision would be taken without your consent, and you would be very shortly noticed of your departure to a new city to live in and work!
