I could list the cons, but truth be told, I just wasn't a good fit for the company. My skill set is different from what Yardi needed, and basically I tried to fit my round peg into their square hole.
My lack of math abilities, plus my outdated marketing experience created a stressful environment for myself and those around me. I left in 2021 pretty angry at the company, but in hindsight, I only have myself to blame for accepting two roles that I wasn't suited for.
