Pros
They are an established SaaS provider with a very small team. If you are a self-starter who's comfortable identifying and suggesting ideas, this is a great place for you. It can be face-paced and challenging, but hard work is appreciated and acknowledged. There's plenty of opportunity to take on new projects, get involved in multiple areas of the work, and learn and develop new skills.
Cons
Some roles get limited direction, and that works better for those of us who are independent and very self-motivated. They could have a stronger 401K plan.
