Pros
Absolutely none. Can’t think of anything good in this place
Cons
If you value your sanity, stay far away from this company. The owner is a disaster—micromanaging every little thing, never delegating, and refusing to trust employees to make decisions. Creativity and collaboration are non-existent because management sees employees as nothing more than order-following robots. The workplace thrives on blame and fear. No one takes responsibility, and instead of teamwork, it’s a constant battle of throwing people under the bus. There’s also a culture of deep distrust—office politics are so bad that alliances form, employees are pitted against each other, and transparency is unheard of. If you like walking on eggshells daily, this is the place for you. Favoritism is rampant. Certain employees get special treatment—raises, promotions, perks—while others (often the hardest workers) are ignored. Rules are applied selectively to serve private interests, and decisions are entirely biased. It’s a toxic power play, and if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re disposable. Worst of all, the owner is outright abusive and unprofessional. Her tactic? Verbal abuse until you quit, if she decides she no longer wants you around. It’s a manipulative and toxic environment that no one should have to endure. The company itself is outdated and lacks even the fundamental knowledge to function properly. The majority of the people working there are incompetent, ignorant and self-serving. It’s honestly a miracle that a few good employees have stuck around this long. If you’re considering a job here, think twice. You deserve better.
