Pros
- Paycheck on 9th of every month.
- Helpful, encouraging, and friendly colleagues. (most of which have also resigned!)
Cons
- Did not provide salary slips, even when they are legally mandatory.
- Had to sign some restrictive contracts stating notice period of 90 days and they are demanding 30% of annual salary as fine for leaving early.
- The current "Floor Manager" (Some weird alternative to team-lead) is unhelpful, uninformed ( lacks essential technical knowledge ) and sets unrealistic task schedules, and blames other employees for mistakes committed by him in Artistic Direction. Didn't do much work, tried unloading his work onto others. Shouted on others in office, disturbing everyone!, and advised others not to shout on the floor as people are disturbed.
