      1. Outdated use of software, outdates technologies 2. Management is bad, lacking skills, ends up burning low level employees 3. Project launches cancelled at last stages -> management issue

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.

      Sweet talkers, reassure you well even if they are lying through their teeth.

      Cons

      Tell you not to worry about your jobs so you stay and do their work for them... then can you week later no empathy
