Pros
My co-workers were great. Good group of people, and some of them were very talented at what they do. Free food was very yummy.
Cons
Ridiculous corporate bureaucracy. For a while it seemed like we had a new CEO every 6 months. Of course, each CEO wanted us to maintain LASER FOCUS on our goals. These goals were rarely actually defined and were always short-lived. Also, don't get me started on the annual review process.
