Pros
I joined 14 months ago. I must say my experience has been great. It is a different type of fun to work for a product where what code you write is being used by 10000 business users. I used to work for a services company earlier , took a bit of time to adjust to the new culture which is very fast moving and highly result oriented. As a techie there is nothing more pleasurable to design things your self to know real customers (currently 1000+) will be using Vs my past life where I was just working on maintenance.
Cons
Really there is nothing much that I can point of. Office is little small but I cant complaint about that. Work hours are not too bad if you commit right and deliver than you can have normal work hours with once in a while weekend. I heard it used to be lot worse. I am writing to tell my friends from service industry, this is a different culture but it has a joy which I never felt when I worked there. Join only if you want to work on something cool, very difficult to not
