The nature of the organization is for the members to serve in volunteer leadership positions on an annual basis which brings in new ideas and energy which can bring about changes in direction for projects and goals.

Lots of backstabbing and egos amongst CEOs. ELT members in relationships with members and have the ability to manipulate outcomes that favor their preference.
