I've dealt at all stages of the company and never got that feel that there's any sort of difference in the communication levels at any stage of hierarchy. I'm really happy to work with them and they're very professional at their work ethics.

Only advice to them is they should cover other markets such as Canada as well. I've couple of my cousins leaving there and they were checking if YOP has any operations in Canada and I propose them to have some ops there as well
