Pros
I wrote content at YMGrad for about 12 months before I left recently. The best part was the culture to me. It's a family to me still, and I have friends from the office. The team is helpful and I learned a lot in terms of improving my writing. AI written content is usually detested, which forces us to write from scratch and improve our content on our own. The kind of essays we write decide the future of applicants, and its importance is made clear from the very first day. The only reason I am writing this review is because of my relationship with the company. I saw a fake review here about the management forcing people to scam and it did not sit right with me. After working here for a year, I can ascertain that:
1. No plagiarized content was ever approved by my senior.
2. We were never asked or even hinted to posting any fake reviews.
3. Students were genuinely happy when we helped them get to top universities. That doesn't sound like a scam to me, unlike one of the other reviews posted on this platform.
I left only because I got a better offer, and trust me it was a hard decision.
Cons
The location was a bit out of reach for me, and I had to travel more than 1.5 hours per day. Apart from that, the pressure in the busy times of the year can be stressful. No other cons.
