Pros

The staff is kinda okayish

Cons

Huh where do I start people are good but they’ve their inner politics going on and especially the DM is someone who does the partiality and always listens to one side of the story also the pay is really low and they expect us to work like crazy and none of the part timers have any perks not even the ones who are in management team and there’s no difference between the min pay for sales associates and team leaders/MIT’s and the DM should know a better way to communicate and handle stuff

Pros

20% off discount on top of sale as long as it doesn't go past 70% off of original price. Trauma bonding with coworkers.

Cons

140 hours max to operate stores (40 of those for store manager thats labeled as salaried so they can force them to work more but still have the clock in and out as an hourly employee) . Stores are open to public 75 hours a week. Add another 7 hours for the half hour to open and close each day. LP policy states you can't be alone in the building. Minimum, not including needing a third person to cover breaks, it requires 164 hours. To make up for payroll they've limited the amount of clothing items that require sensors, leading to even more theft on top of what's occuring due to one employee working at a time. Pay for store management is 37% under average pay for the roll at similar retailers. They will say "something exciting is coming" and dangle promotions/positions that don't exist when asking for pay increases. Favoritism has kept several inappropriate people in positions they should have been fired from years ago. Oh and back to pay, the bonus structure is only there so that they aren't required to pay you the minimum amount that is required in your area to legally be considered a salaried employee due to it not being an in office position.
