Work life balance is difficult, but worth it

I'm still trying to think of one but, if you like to work at a company that is just focused on knock-off products, then this is the place for you.

I know that you are thinking, "Ah, this person must just be angry". That is true, I wasted my time there thinking that this place would change and get better with all of the new people that showed up. It did NOT happen. YI is poorly managed, has no structure, no leadership, high turnover. Everything that the last review mentioned is true, perhaps even being nice. Don't be surprised if you get a bunch of "positive reviews", they will probably get some of the employees to post fake reviews (much like what the person before mentioned" This has literally been the worst run company I've ever seen. All their promises are empty and there is no trust. The moral is very low in all of their offices (worldwide). Everyone hates it there and they are only there until they can find another job. There was even one guy that just walked out and was never heard from again. It is a real shame because they have hired good people (all of which think they can come in and make and change things) but, the lack of leadership chases them all away. Everything about this company is broken. Don't let them sell you on the "dream", it does not exist. If you are down on your luck, get in and then get out. Don't stay!
