      Pros

      Positive forward thinking culture and coworkers. A little messy and behind the ball with internal procedures. The industry was very interesting to work in and the clients were generally fun to work with.

      Cons

      Not much structure with employee onboarding and training. There seemed to be a lot of things that didn't take priority with a growing business that should have.

      Pros

      A lot of focus on continued education and heavily value helping other team members succeed. Feedback is taken monthly and your voice is heard by the senior leadership team.

      Cons

      They are relatively small so responsibilities are shared often. This means a lot of training and constant learning so a strong interest in marketing and the digital space is required.
