1. Smaller company with better visibility than larger companies with poorer visibility 2. Hybrid work from home/office policy. But most companies offer it these days anyways.
Cons
One of the biggest issues is the complete lack of clarity and transparency from management. Managers either don’t understand the feedback coming from clients or fail to communicate it effectively to employees. As a result, employees are left guessing what is expected of them and what they need to do to grow to the next level. There is little to no investment in employee development. Career growth feels like an afterthought, with no structured guidance, mentorship, or actionable feedback provided. Additionally, the management style in many cases is unprofessional. Interactions can be rude and dismissive, with little regard for respectful communication. This creates a discouraging work environment where employees do not feel valued or supported. Overall, the organization struggles with leadership accountability, employee development, and maintaining basic professional conduct.
