Honest Review of Yash Technologies – Dubai Office - Senior Consultant YASH Technologies Employee Review

My experience at Yash Technologies Dubai has been quite disappointing, primarily due to issues with middle management—particularly with the analytics Senior program manager The senior program managers often accept projects without clearly defined requirements, timelines, or documentation. This lack of structure leads to confusion during development and unnecessary pressure on team members. Instead of focusing on process and delivery, the environment tends to prioritize appearances and internal politics over genuine productivity and client satisfaction. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent. Employees are frequently expected to work extremely long hours—sometimes up to 18 hours a day—without appropriate compensation or consideration for well-being. The expectation to work overtime simply because “others are doing it” creates an unhealthy and unsustainable culture. Unfortunately, these practices make it difficult for employees to perform effectively or find motivation. As a result, both client satisfaction and team morale suffer. I would advise prospective employees and clients to evaluate other organizations where management, project planning, and employee welfare are taken more seriously.
