- Excellent benefits not found at other companies such as schooling, airline tickets, etc. - Good management in the Abu Dhabi office - Good position in the market overall and strongly competitive - Good HR-employee programs and events, even if not too many occur - Helpful and Supportive HR when something urgent is needed - Great team members who support each other

- Poor mental health in some projects (not all) - need better motivation and more positive project environments and raises/bonuses for highly motivated employees - Some teams are managed by an entity outside the UAE that have VERY poor management skills and are causing a lot of employees to resign or to change their attitude negatively

they give salaries in time and very big name in the market

the company overall not bad, however, it is unorganized in some departments.
