No work-life balance, toxic environment - Graphic Designer YAMA Group Employee Review

Well... where should I begin? From the very first day I arrived, it already felt like this was going to be an incredible experience. And it truly was, on a personal level. I've made great friendships, shared amazing moments together, had the best barbecues, celebrated collective achievements with getaways, birthdays, and so much more. The YAMABreak was an experience I had never had in any other workplace. Yann and Martín have this spirit of making you feel at home, and above all, they have put so much emphasis and effort into creating an incredible work philosophy and culture. On a professional level, I feel like I came in as a boy and I'm leaving as a man, with a multitude of experiences and challenges that we always managed to overcome by working fiercely as a team. These two years have been a period of constant growth, and they always provided us with everything we needed to surpass ourselves every day, facing increasingly difficult and demanding tests. To wrap it up, I just want to say that I'm leaving feeling very sad, but with the certainty that we will stay in touch because what I have lived during these almost two years will remain in my heart forever. Thank you for everything, and I apologize if there were ever any moments when I felt like I was lacking in something. My intention was always to fulfill everything and, above all, be a good colleague.

The only downside I find at YAMA is that I won't be around to witness how this beautiful place continues to grow.
