Pros

The shift manager and their boss are on the employee's side most of the time and are very accommodating If you like podcasts, music, or audiobooks, it's 8 hours of muscle memory work and you can stop thinking about it real fast.

Cons

Marketing and execs don't know what it's like working at the bottom and make decisions without feeling the consequences. I left due to an injury I attribute to a decision made prematurely that put undue strain on my joints. They didn't have the equipment they said they needed and just made us take the hit. If you like working with your mind, you are going to have a long day. There's no thinking. Repetitive motions can hurt your body.

Pros

This a great small town privately owned company with minimal red tape and good hard-working honest employees. If you are one of those, this is a great place to build your career. Benefits and pay continue to improve year after year. Paid time off is competitive. Individual supervisors and managers, including executives are fair and reasonable and are willing to listen, change, and admit when they make mistakes. The company paid HRA and local medical provider company (307 Health) are excellent for non-catastrophic medical needs. Profit sharing bonus is generous. The organization is quite flat, so there is good opportunity to speak your mind and be listened to all the way to the top of the company. No big greedy corporate oversight means that positive change can happen fast. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

There is a culture of distrust of employees that needs to change. Individual medical insurance is very affordable, but deductibles are very high. Family medical insurance is very expensive and carries a very high deductible. The expectation to work overtime as a salaried employee can lead to burnout. Annual raises often do not even meet the cost of living increases, which is simply not ok if you want to keep good employees around long-term.

Pros

First of all as long as I have been there we are changing all the time and our suggestions and comments are always listened to. Bought two different houses love the outdoors, hours of operation never had a problem with the insurance and they have changed insurance companies a lot The employee does not pay hardly anything for monthly premiums. There is over time available but not mandatory so it is not held against you. Because they are aware and care about daycare issues and family time.at this moment they

Cons

At this moment they are working on it. More people are working part time so they can go to school etc.We are working on a more standardized procedure of training etc.I have seen a lot of improvements so we will keep forging ahead.
